Organizations require support of external Facilitators for OD work, team building, etc. Based on the objective of such requirements and scope of work, Vibha puts together a set of methods, processes, tools and activities. Her two most frequently used methods of FACILITATION are Vibha OST Intro and Integral Faci-Oct’25. Imagine getting 120+ diverse stakeholders to a room for three days using Open Space to discuss, prioritise and plan actions. Imagine getting a small group of eight Board members to a room for a day to discuss merger and expansion plans. Given below are names of some organizations that have benefited from Vibha’s expertise and wisdom, in the last 15 years, in India and other countries.

Given below are three distinct things that are visible in Vibha's Facilitation, in addition to 40+ other elements, tools and frameworks in, application.
Circle Vibha’s workshops are always held in circle seating arrangement. Don’t you agree that circle has been a very natural form in which people have been gathering since ages. Vibha’s biggest circle had 120 participants in a consultation in Bihar and smallest had eight people for a board meeting in the Netherlands. Regardless of group size and subject matter, many participants have shared that they felt calmed in the circle, felt included, no hierarchy and hence could share their ideas with authenticity.
Nature There is no denying to the fact that nature has energising effect on all. In all her workshops, Vibha ensures to get nature in the room. Natural light, air and plants are that adorn her workshop circles, aid flow of energy and positively impact participants’ state of being. Such a physical space conducive atmosphere in which ideas, expertise, imagination and skills merge.
Bells Who does not like soothing sounds of bells. Vibha uses ‘bells’ as ‘talking piece’, in her workshops, learning from use of ‘talking stick’ in native American culture. She skillfully uses ‘bells’ moderate conversations; to indicate when the time is up for an activity (instead of shouting) and to provide equal opportunity for all to speak. Its soothing sound adds calming vibrations to the space and stimulates relaxation response for a taxed nervous system.

Our Happy Participants!
“It was great to experience OST, a participatory approach. I really likes the workshop methodology and the scope it gave for experience sharing,”
Dr Shweta Upadhyay, Unicef.
“The way two days were engaged through OST enabled each and every individual to contribute in the process and also build their own knowledge,”
Rakesh Prasad, CRY, Kolkata.
“Thank you for putting efforts to customize a session for us. The facilitation style was effortless, not pushy, not driving any agenda and only aimed at dreaming from within,” Akansha, Evidence Action.
“Fun and insightful. Very useful for trainers and leaders who want to genuinely include all participants and get their ideas”,
Sapna, Development Alternatives.
“I felt most excited by the variety of exercises and the insights on the background of exercises. I feel I have a deeper understanding and will therefore be able to apply it better in life and work,” Marije Ebbers, StartFund.
“Open Space Technology is a new approach for discussion. Coming smoothly to conclusion after consensus was really exciting,”
Dr Devang Jariwala SRU-Bihar.
