Shukriyasafar: A Journey of and for Gratitude, Sustained by the Currency of Trust.

Through her work and travels, Vibha is pursuing her dream of spreading the joy of gratitude, inspiring people to cultivate peace, positivity, happiness, and deeper human connection.

Vibha launched Shukriyasafar in 2011, a series of purpose-driven road journeys designed to spread the joy and practice of gratitude. Through these travels, she conducts Gratitude Joyshops, encourages random acts of kindness, and plants saplings to help offset her carbon footprint.

These two-hour Joyshops have been hosted by educational institutions, corporations, government organizations, NGOs, etc. Over the years, Vibha has facilitated more than 280 Gratitude Joyshops across over ten countries, including India, touching the lives of people from diverse backgrounds.

Having successfully completed six such mini road journeys, she is now preparing for an ambitious four-month, pan-India expedition in 2026. Along the way, she will collect and document inspiring stories of gratitude, optimism, and compassion as lived and experienced by people across the country.

The journey is designed to be participatory, allowing people to join in a hop-on, hop-off mode for specific stretches of the route. Following the pan-India journey, she hopes to extend Shukriyasafar beyond national borders and travel across other countries, creating a global movement that celebrates gratitude, human connection, and collective well-being.

Anchored in the principle of trust, the Joy of Gratitude Joyshop carries no fixed fee or price tag. It is offered in the currency of trust and heartfelt giving. Participants are invited to contribute whatever feels right to them—whether it is one rupee or one lakh rupees. There is no judgment, expectation, or comparison regarding the amount contributed.

Vibha believes that she lives in a benevolent universe and is lovingly supported and guided by the Mother. Contributions received through the Joyshops help support the journey by covering expenses such as fuel, accommodation, food, and vehicle maintenance, while also contributing to the philanthropic initiatives of her non-profit organization, TaraSri Foundation.

If this vision resonates with you and you would like to host a Joy of Gratitude Joyshop for your team, organization, friends, family, or community, Vibha would be delighted to connect with you. Together, we can create spaces that nurture gratitude, deepen human connection, and inspire greater joy and well-being.

Do connect, if this resonates with you and you wish to host the joyshop for your team, friends or family.
