In this one day workshop, Vibha teaches how to integrate mindfulness in day to day living. It covers practical activities regarding mindful eating, mindful walking, mindful drinking, mindful use of technology, speaking mindfully and mindful listening. Vibha also shares about the concept of mindfulness, its benefits and the neuroscience behind its benefits.
Holistic Decluttering
In this one day workshop, Vibha shares how to live lightly. It is about why and how of de-cluttering of physical, virtual/tech and mental spaces. One learns to apply simple tools to de-clutter and feel a sense of lightness and flow of energy. When you remove something from any space (physical cupboards, your mind or your phone/laptop/email), you make space for something new to come! Is’nt it true ?

In this two days retreat, Vibha facilitates a deep dive into Belonging (Connection to larger community with shared purpose), Transendence (Connection to something bigger than one’s life). Consciouness (of self & surroundings), Connection (Compassion, Appreciation), Narrative about Self, Purpose (Values, finding meaning, reason to continue on even when life is difficult).
Self-compassion
In this one day workshop Vibha facilitates to understand self-love and self-critic and how to increase self-love and self-compassion, which is not about false sense of ego. She teaches neuroscience based activties to practice self-compassion, draw boundaries, identify energy leaks, etc. and experience a sense of expansiveness within.
Flow of Life
A customised intervention, to provide guidance, skills and tools, to resolve a particular life situation and move ahead. In “Flow of Life” guidance, Vibha helps to have a 360 degree view of life and look beyond symptoms / behaviours. She then guides to tap inner wisdom & find meaning in life. Her tools help stop self- sabotaging beliefs & behaviors and then make conscious choices. In this process, Vibha plays the role of a GUIDE and NOT a mentor, friend or teacher. Vibha’s Facilitation is gentle, provides a ‘life nurturing’ experience to the participants and ignites consciousness. In her workshop closing circles, participants often share that they felt very álive’, ‘nurtured’ and were in no hurry to leave the space.
